When do I get mine?
A number of folks already have. In the US, they should all arrive within a week, if not faster. Overseas, the fulfillment house says typically takes 2-6 weeks.
When do I report the game might be lost in the mail?
Please wait until June 15th in the US and late July if international.
What to do if my game arrives damaged?
Send us a photo of the damage and we'll send you another.

The Great Chase "Top Secret" pack

Hi there,
I've been getting some questions about the "Top Secret" card pack that we included with the game (do let us know if you didn't get one with your game).
These cards should be self-explanatory once you've opened them. If you're gifting the game to someone, they'll want them. If you got it for yourself, you'll still want them (grin).
Basically, because the Chinese censors delayed the game delivery by nearly eight (8!) months, we wanted to do something special for all of the backers. At our own expense (and time stuffing 2,000 cards into 1,000 envelopes), we created and included the "Top Secret" card pack to explain the delay AND to provide the game as it was originally designed!

The fulfilment house, after a brief shutdown by Covid, has shuffled their internal priorities to get the game shipping only 24 hours after their initial target. AWESAUCE (as a good friend says)! They totally rock.
Shipping will continue through the next 4-5 business days. Depending on where you are, you'll be getting them between 2 days and 2+ weeks from now (I'm looking at you, overseas folks). We're shipping to 13 countries and 34 states in the US.
You're amazing patience is finally being rewarded!
